Mr Leung graduated from Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a bachelor's degree in Chinese medicine in 1993. He had been a Chinese medicine practitioner specializing in internal Chinese medicine in Zhuhai Hospital of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Mr Leung is expert in treating internal diseases such as diabetes, digestive system diseases, stroke and stroke sequela.
