Ms. Mao graduated from Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1982. Before coming to HK, she has acted as the chief practitioner. She is also the member of the Oncology Committee of the Guangdong Division of the National Chinese Medicine Society and the Provincial Zhongjing Academic Committee. She was apprenticed to an eminent CM oncology specialist, Prof. CHEN Yeqin, a researcher of the Chinese Medicine Research Centre of China.

Ms. Mao has been engaging in clinical practice for over 26 years. She has lots of clinical experience, with characteristic conscientious and carefulness. She is skilled in treating miscellaneous internal diseases, especially for oncology. She excels in treating various tumors in which pains relieving, side-effects of chemo- and radio-therapy reducing for improving life quality and extending life. And she also specializes in treating internal diseases, especially for gynaecological diseases.

Ms. Mao has chaired several research projects at provincial and municipal levels and issued a number of papers nationally. She was also given the title of “Outstanding Teacher in Guangzhou?
