Mr. Fong graduated from the Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a bachelor’s degree in 1969. Before coming to Hong Kong, Mr. fong worked in the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Department of Dermatology. He excels in some internal medicine and dermatology such as eczema, atopic dermatitis, acne, psoriasis, cough, intestinal disorders and arthritis.
