张敬浩博士

张敬浩博士是本土受训的生理学家。他於香港理工大学获得学士学位,并於2004年在香港中文大学从事研究工作并取得生理学博士学位。其後,张博士远赴美国宾夕法尼亚大学,在Foskett教授的指导下,接受电生理学及钙信号的博士後培训。

在2010年,张博士返回香港担任助理教授,在香港大学医学院从事研究及教学工作。在香港大学其间,张博士发展及参与了多个研究项目,主力研究钙信号失衡对阿尔茨海默氏病发病的分子机理。张博士发表了多篇国际权威论文,如Cell, Neuron, PNASScience Signaling。於2017年,张博士加入香港浸会大学中医药学院,担任副教授的职务。张博士的课题组主要从事(1)细胞内钙释出通道(如三磷酸肌醇受体,兰诺定受体和两孔通道);(2)阿尔茨海默病的分子发病机制(如钙讯号失衡及神经元自噬的关系);(3)开发治疗阿尔茨海默病的中草药化合物的相关研究。
