顾智湛博士

顾智湛博士是免疫学家,细胞生物学家,生理及药理学家。 2002年医学士毕业於复旦大学医学院西医临床医学系。2007年分子药理,生理及生物技术学博士毕业於美国常青藤布朗大学。2007年至2012年五年间於美国哈佛大学医学院从事博士後研究,师从美国科学院院士免疫学专家Dr. Michael B. Brenner,专攻免疫学。

加盟香港浸会大学前,顾博士曾担任研究教职於美国哈佛大学医学院及附属布列根和妇女医院, MD安德森癌症中心, 约翰霍普金斯大学,以及爱因斯坦医学院。之後担任资深研究员於美国辉瑞药业研究院和哈佛大学医学院及附属丹娜法伯癌症研究院。研究着作发表於科研期刊Nature Genetics, Cell Reports, Journal of Cell Biology, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States, 和 Immunological Reviews等。

顾博士有广泛的研究兴趣於免疫学,实体瘤微环境和免疫治疗。在癌症,类风湿自体免疫病和神经退行性疾病等医学领域,主要专注於细胞黏附,细胞信号转导,蛋白质运输,蛋白质组学,免疫治疗,以及大分子和小分子的药物研发等科学研究。在科学技术方面,顾博士同时又专长於高速四维共聚焦显微镜活体细胞动态成像,活体动物体内的多光子共轭焦分子内窥显微镜动态成像,超高分辨率显微镜成像等分子影像学的科技研发。
