張敬浩博士

張敬浩博士是本土受訓的生理學家。他於香港理工大學獲得學士學位,並於2004年在香港中文大學從事研究工作並取得生理學博士學位。其後,張博士遠赴美國賓夕法尼亞大學,在Foskett教授的指導下,接受電生理學及鈣信號的博士後培訓。

在2010年,張博士返回香港擔任助理教授,在香港大學醫學院從事研究及教學工作。在香港大學其間,張博士發展及參與了多個研究項目,主力研究鈣信號失衡對阿爾茨海默氏病發病的分子機理。張博士發表了多篇國際權威論文,如Cell, Neuron, PNASScience Signaling。於2017年,張博士加入香港浸會大學中醫藥學院,擔任副教授的職務。張博士的課題組主要從事(1)細胞內鈣釋出通道(如三磷酸肌醇受體,蘭諾定受體和兩孔通道);(2)阿爾茨海默病的分子發病機制(如鈣訊號失衡及神經元自噬的關係);(3)開發治療阿爾茨海默病的中草藥化合物的相關研究。

目前,張博士的課題組正招聘研究生及研究助理。申請者如具分子生物學,細胞生物學,鈣成像或電生理學背景,會優先考慮。有興趣者,請電郵與張博士聯絡。
