顧智湛博士

顧智湛博士是免疫學家,細胞生物學家,生理及藥理學家。 2002年醫學士畢業於復旦大學醫學院西醫臨床醫學系。2007年分子藥理,生理及生物技術學博士畢業於美國常青藤布朗大學。2007年至2012年五年間於美國哈佛大學醫學院從事博士後研究,師從美國科學院院士免疫學專家Dr. Michael B. Brenner,專攻免疫學。

加盟香港浸會大學前,顧博士曾擔任研究教職於美國哈佛大學醫學院及附屬布列根和婦女醫院, MD安德森癌症中心, 約翰霍普金斯大學,以及愛因斯坦醫學院。之後擔任資深研究員於美國輝瑞藥業研究院和哈佛大學醫學院及附屬丹娜法伯癌症研究院。研究著作發表於科研期刊Nature Genetics, Cell Reports, Journal of Cell Biology, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States, 和 Immunological Reviews等。

顧博士有廣泛的研究興趣於免疫學,實體瘤微環境和免疫治療。在癌症,類風濕自體免疫病和神經退行性疾病等醫學領域,主要專注於細胞黏附,細胞信號轉導,蛋白質運輸,蛋白質組學,免疫治療,以及大分子和小分子的藥物研發等科學研究。在科學技術方面,顧博士同時又專長於高速四維共聚焦顯微鏡活體細胞動態成像,活體動物體內的多光子共軛焦分子內窺顯微鏡動態成像,超高分辨率顯微鏡成像等分子影像學的科技研發。
